Validity
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed or replaced after the expiry date.
Delivery
Gift Vouchers are delivered by email only, either to the purchaser (sender) or directly to the nominated recipient, as selected at checkout. Empress Hair & Beauty is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses provided at the time of purchase.
Non-refundable / No cash value
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (in whole or in part).
Lost, stolen, or misused vouchers
Empress Hair & Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers and is not obliged to replace a voucher that has been lost, stolen, deleted, or accessed by an unauthorised party.
Use restrictions
- Gift Vouchers are not valid as payment on promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Gift Vouchers can only be used by one person (one recipient).
- Gift Vouchers must be presented at the time of treatment (digital presentation via email is acceptable).
Redemption
Gift Vouchers may be redeemed against treatments and/or products offered by Empress Hair & Beauty, subject to availability.
Suitability and eligibility
- Under 16s: Not all treatments are suitable for clients under 16. Where a treatment is suitable, consent from a parent or legal guardian will be required.
- Pregnancy: Not all treatments are suitable during pregnancy. Clients should inform the salon at the time of booking so suitability can be confirmed.
- Male clients: Not all treatments are available to male clients. Please check availability at the time of booking.
Changes to services, prices, and offers
Empress Hair & Beauty reserves the right, without prior notice, to withdraw treatments from the menu, change prices, and withdraw offers.
